Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every order. This policy explains when refunds, returns and replacements are available, and how to request one. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

3. How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Email info@beforeyoumentor.com with your order number, what arrived, and (where helpful) a photograph of the issue.
  2. We will reply within 3 working days with instructions and, if applicable, a return address.
  3. For returns, the item must be packed safely so it reaches us undamaged. We recommend a tracked courier.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned via the original PayFast transaction back to the card you paid with. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

5. Costs

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, item arrived damaged). In those cases, we cover all reasonable shipping costs.

6. International orders

The book is sold outside South Africa through Amazon (KDP), not through this site. Refunds for those orders are handled by Amazon under their standard returns policy.
