These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of beforeyoumentor.com (the "site") and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape or republish content, or disrupt any user's experience.
All content on the site — including the book text, photography, art prints, mentorship map design, the brand and the site itself — is the property of Richard Gorven and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify or sell any of this content without prior written permission.
When you submit a mentorship story via the Share Your Story form, or your map answers via the mentorship map, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to display, aggregate and share that content in connection with the site and the book project. Mentorship map results are shown only in anonymised, aggregated form. Stories may be displayed publicly; if you would prefer your story not to be displayed, do not submit it or contact us to have it removed.
Orders are accepted only once payment has been confirmed by PayFast. PayFast may decline a transaction at its discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, in the case of suspected fraud or pricing error); any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or any product purchased from it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, with venue in Durban.
